1. User Account

2. Notifications & User Conduct

GameTime allows users to interact with others through features like group invites and “@username” mentions in comments. These interactions may trigger internal or push notifications within the app.

Notifications are used strictly for in-app activity and updates. Users can manage their notification preferences in the app settings.

We actively monitor misuse, and violations may lead to warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent account suspension.

Do not spam: Avoid sending excessive or repeated mentions or invite requests within a short time.

Do not harass or abuse: Mentions, comments, or invites must not be used to threaten, intimidate, or annoy others.

Do not impersonate: Misleading others by pretending to be someone else is strictly prohibited.

3. Advertising Policy

By using GameTime, you agree to the display of non-personalized advertisements within the app. These ads do not use tracking technologies and are contextual in nature.

4. YouTube API Services

GameTime uses YouTube API Services to display video content related to video games.

By using GameTime and any features that access or display content provided through YouTube API Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

YouTube content made available through GameTime remains subject to YouTube’s terms, policies, and applicable restrictions.

5. RSS Feeds

By using GameTime, you acknowledge that the app includes content from third-party RSS feeds, such as Polygon, GameSpot, Kotaku, and IGN. GameTime is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of the content provided by these feeds.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. This action will permanently delete all data associated with your account.

7. Email Communications

GameTime may send occasional emails containing product updates, promotional offers, and general news about the app. These emails are enabled by default when you create an account, but you can opt out at any time through the app settings or by using the unsubscribe link included in each email.
